Next Century, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CACI, is seeking multiple Classified Senior ISSO/Systems
Administrator to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD!
Be part of the movement! Join a large seven-year multi-program contract serving as the enterprise-wide analyst capabilities contract for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer. These efforts will include the development and sustainment of integrated, feature-rich capabilities that promote the modernizing of visualization and presentation tools across the agency space.

To be successful as a, you will need:
Strong background in supporting the Agency System Security Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Processes to include discovery meetings, achieving Interim Approval for Test (IATT), and obtaining the final Approval to Operate (ATO) status for Systems Security Plans (SSP) associated with all the mission systems
Expertise with Agency C&A policy and procedures
Expertise with Agency C&A Tools such as XACTA
Experience in providing support to the information System Security Manager (ISSM) for maintaining the appropriate operational IA posture for a system, program, and enclave
Ability to evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet security requirement for processing classified information
Experience maintaining records on workstation, servers, router, firewalls, network switches, etc.
A strong knowledge of SSP related documentation and maintenance to include COOP plans, SECONOP, CM manual, and PUG
A strong understanding of NESSUS Scan Policy/Security Center
A strong understanding of the Agency Secure the Enterprise (STE) requirements and implementations (A/V, TSAC, UAM, etc)
Experience managing security relevant changes
Expertise in coordinating, implementing, and enforcing ISS policies, standards, and methodologies
Expertise is performing the day-to-day security operations of a system
Strong knowledge of ISS best practices and enterprise architecture
Proven technical troubleshooting and security performance tuning knowledge
A basic understanding of Linux system administration, including basic CLI commands
A strong understanding of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to include how to best deal with findings
Exceptional analytical abilities
Conducting root cause analysis on security issues with other ISSOs, ISSE, ISSM, DAO, and SAs
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive that works well in a team environment
At least one ISS related certification (Security+, CISSP, CISM, etc.)
Monitor and maintain existing network and system infrastructure consisting of Linux, UNIX, and Windows servers and desktops
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolutions
Secure infrastructure using AWS/OpenStack security groups, firewall configurations, and SSL/PKI
Maintain accreditation through updating documentation and ensuring all systems are meeting security and policy requirements
Apply required security patches, make regular updates to deployed software, and manage user accounts
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university AND 10 years’ experience in a technical discipline OR 5 additional year of experience in lieu of degree
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
