CACI International Senior Subcontracts Administrator in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
What you'll get to do:
This position will serve as direct procurement support to CACI’s National Services Group in Annapolis Junction MD. The chosen candidate will be co-located with program personnel and responsible for pre-award activities such as negotiating NDAs and TAs, soliciting subcontractor proposals and negotiating subcontractor rates and terms. Post-award action includes issuing subcontract awards, handling subcontract management related issues, small business reporting and supporting contract closeout activity. Other duties may be assigned and included in the scope of this position.

Responsible for preparation and administration of subcontracts, task orders and subsequent amendments in support of various government agency clients. Typically works on subcontract activities valued up to $500,000.00. May be assigned higher value tasks with oversight from more senior level staff. Serve as direct procurement support to various classified programs, participates in program and client meetings, and negotiations with outside sources. Reviews client requirement received by program and provides recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements to new and existing supplier team. Tasks include the negotiation of terms and conditions, analyses of price, and creation of the subcontract documents. Responsible for the monitoring of the subcontractor's performance, including the management of the deliverables and payment of invoices. Keeps fully informed on all subcontract standards, plans and policies. Prepares and supports subcontract negotiations. Reviews and resolves with subcontractors all issues affecting subcontract performance and ensures subcontractor compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and customer objectives. Maintains contact with senior level managers regarding subcontract negotiation, preparation and monitoring. Prepares and disseminates information regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination. Advises management of prime contractor/subcontractor rights and obligations and provides interpretation of subcontract terms and conditions. Researches and recommends subcontract policies and procedures. Provides advice and guidance to less experienced employees.
You'll bring these qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 7 - 10 years of relevant Government contracts/ subcontracts administration, FAR and DFAR experience.
