The Agile Scheduler is a member of a Program Management Office and will report to the PMO Lead. He/she is responsible for developing and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This is an Agile integration program and the IMS reflects an Agile schedule.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:• Assists with the development of the program's schedule baseline to be presented at each Release Planning and Retrospective meeting, and each Sprint Planning and Retrospective meeting. The schedule is a monthly deliverable.• Ensures the program schedule baseline satisfies contractual requirements• Develops and executes agile programmatic schedules that align with the program• Attends meetings and briefing Senior Government Clients on schedule status and performance• Works independently with release managers and scrum masters to develop schedules, baselines, estimates, and reporting status• Performs Schedule analyses upon request• Develops program unique standards and process instructions for agile scheduling of integration activities• Develops schedule status reports used at Program Management Meetings• Builds integrity, establishes relationships, and maintains communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, to distribute schedule information• Develops and maintains artifacts and other program documentation• May perform other duties and/or projects as assigned by the PMO Lead
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience • 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Project• Knowledge and experience with Agile scheduling• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint)• Expert in resource loaded Microsoft Project 2013• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
