The Enterprise Integration Team partners with Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture to deliver strategic value for senior management through evidenced based reporting.
The team is looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment that enables the simplification of complex ideas into clear and concise stories and messages about strategies and operations that resonate with an internal and external stakeholders.
The Business Management Business Lead will be responsible for leading the automation of the senior management reporting materials using business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and workflow automation tools to enable Reporting and Dashboard Services.
More About the Role
Manage executive reporting cycles and is responsible to coordinate, design, develop and communicate materials for executive-level and senior leadership meetings
Partner with senior management to incorporate key messages and information used for executive reporting
Partner with stakeholders to critically analyze and report on key strategic messaging for leadership•
Lead the automation of Executive Reporting with innovative solutions using business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and workflow automation tools to enable Reporting and Dashboard services.
Refine and automate internal team processes and procedures to better enable leadership to deliver effective communications and messaging
Partner with stakeholders to automate reporting processes and change management of executive reports
Automate common templates and best practices for creating presentation decks and meeting artifacts that will accelerate presentation material development You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
7+ years of experience in strategic and operational reporting for operations and technology initiatives
5+ years of design and development experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and workflow automation tool skills to automate reporting and workflow solutions
Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate complex information conceptually and clearly to executives and senior management
Strong organization and process skills including analysis, planning and execution
Proven executive reporting experience through automation and know what it takes to be an internal consultant
Highly motivated and energetic self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills; proven experience operating at high standards of quality and accuracy within a fast-paced changing environment, including the ability to effectively and independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent visual design, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to succinctly present complex subject matter
Excellent communication, leadership and relationship management skills, that enable partnering with and influencing key stakeholders in an open, collaborative environment at all levels in an organization
Experience facilitating adaptive change to meet the demands of a critical and complex division of the enterprise, while managing multiple initiatives and time sensitive processes simultaneously
Ability to develop positive working relationships and interact effectively and influence all levels of staff and with multiple business partners and stakeholders
