What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking an IT Business Process Analyst to support our customer and overall operations at the Department of Homeland Security. As an IT Business Process Analyst you will gather metrics, data, and provide analytical support. You will provide objective information for data-based decisions that impact DHS and CISA OCIO programs and operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with our customer to understand and define CISA OCIO needs.

  • Develop, recommend, and implement solutions.

  • Support and interface with the customer via the phone, email, chat, and applicable online presence.

  • Collect data and develop metrics and dashboards to support evaluation of performance and progress toward established goals.

  • Assist in the definition, preparation, and collection of customer metrics and system availability reports, including data collection, preservation, processing, analysis, and storage.

  • Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements.

  • Research new methods or practices for application to customer support.

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts as needed to meet customer needs and facilitate support processes.

  • Train and support technology users and provide advice and recommendations on business/systems process best practices.

  • Work independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.

  • Work site fluctuates between customer site (Arlington, VA), CACI office, and telework.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to attain DHS EOD

  • BA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience, MA + 7 years applicable experience or 16 years’ experience

  • Work with our customer to understand and define CISA OCIO needs.
