CACI is seeking a Program Manager to join our Team in Arlington, VA
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) program management office (PMO) support services. You will be part of a dynamic team of process specialists, project managers, security specialists and financial analysts driving the deployment and expanded support capabilities of the HSDN environment. This team will collaborate across vendors, coordinating with multiple customer segments to ensure HSDN services are successfully deployed and transitioned to operations.
This position is hybrid and will require 2 days a week on the customer site in Arlington, VA.
More About the Role:
The HSDN Program Manager is responsible for the coordinating, completion, submission, and overall quality control of contract deliverables. This individual leads and manages contract staff activities within the team, ensuring their successful completion of tasks on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. As a contractor, this individual collaborates closely with both Federal and contract support employees, effectively coordinating activities, managing stakeholder expectations, and mitigating risks.
Manages specific tasks and supervises contractor personnel
Manages workload and ensure deliverables are analyzed (about 20-30 per month)
Manages the Security Working Group to ensure ISSM, ISSO, and service provider are on track for all areas of Information Security (cost, performance, schedule, and risks)
Supports PM on key projects, (Ex HQ move to TSA, 7th & D Renovations)
Provides support to the PKI Program and the DISA Common Service Provider (CSP) Governance Board (GB)
Support team on all data calls coming from the National Security Agency
Reviews all third-party deliverables
Develops plans, defining scope, goals, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Lead and coordinate teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration
Manages stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns, and providing regular status updates.
Identifies, assess, and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans when necessary
Monitors task progress and performance, adjusting plans and resources as needed
Ensures task deliverables meet quality control standards and policies & procedures.
Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices
Manages changes to task scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring proper documentation
Contributes to team continuous improvement efforts by sharing lessons learned
Required Qualifications:
Must have existing DOD Secret Clearance
Ability to attain DHS EOD
BA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience, MA + 7 years applicable experience or 16 years’ experience
3+ years managing staff
Solid understanding of project management principles
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
