CACI is seeking for a Training analyst who will support Army National Guard readiness by analyzing Army National Guard school operating training costs in Arlington VA

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Analyzes ARNG student pay and allowance entitlements by grade and course length for attendance at Institutional Training so costs can be programmed, budgeted and defended

  • Analyzes the operating costs of ARNG schools including equipment usage costs (OPTEMPO), instructor costs (Pay, allowances, and travel), Indirect OPTEMPO Costs, and Special Interest Institutional Training Resource Model (ITRM) cost estimates.

  • Prepares data for the annual ARNG Institutional Training Workshop

  • Provides input to ARNG Budget Formulation Process (OMNG and NGPA)

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current Secret Clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience or At least 10 years service / experience in the Army National Guard as a serving officer or NCO

  • Familiar with Army Training Resource Requirements System, Planning Programming, Budgeting and Execution System and the Standard Installation / Division Personnel System.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Military Force Structure.
