What You’ll Get to Do:

As the Microsoft Dynamics Technical Architect, you will be part of a business process re-engineering team composes of process analysts, developers and organizational change agents seeking to re-envision the customers current implementation of MS Dynamics 365. In this role you will serve as the as the subject matter expert ensuring new/emerging business needs are evaluated, designed and integrated within the existing instance and align with best practice implementation standards.

More About the Role:

  • Responsible for the overall technical architecture of the solution that includes high and low level designs, data modeling, data integration, tool configuration and customizations.

  • Develop and drive the standards, development processes, systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions.

  • Responsible for overall systems design and architecture, including new solutions and patterns.

  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements.

  • Work with IT partners to design, configure, test and deploy changes to CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports and dashboards.

  • Define and refine methodology and standards for setup, design and implementation of the application or technology to meet the needs of the business and IT customers.

  • Lead and/or contribute to technical design sessions.

  • Document overall D365 system design and architecture.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ability to attain DHS EOD

  • BA + 13 years’ applicable experience, AA + 15 years’ applicable experience, MA + 10 years applicable experience or 19 years’ experience

  • 5+ years supporting a large Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.

  • Power Automate experience; Canvas App & Flow

  • Past D365 Customer Service implementations

  • Experience in the Azure stack is preferable

  • Experience with scripting and Automation

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • MS Dynamics CRM Certification
