CACI is looking for a talented and motivated person to join our team in the National Capital Region (NCR). As a Mobile Wireless Reporting Analyst located in Arlington, VA.

More About the Role:

Highlights of Responsibilities:

Responsible for creation of Mobile usage reporting, assisting with mobility inventory reconciliation, and configuration management of the WidePoint Intelligent Telecommunications Management System (ITMS). Tracks Cost Center updates, user account and line status updates and training technicians in the ITMS system. Verify carrier data vs ITMS data on a monthly basis. Work with wireless carriers to ensure mobile billing and assets are in order and provide input to the Wireless Reporting Manager for monthly reporting deliverables each month.

Create Mobile Usage Reports

Provide reports to customer and management

Utilize strong Microsoft Excel skills to cross reference reports weekly

Assist with inventory reconciliations

Configuration Management of the WidePoint Intelligent Telecommunications Management System (ITMS) and Cost Center updates to include all ITMS updates to Carrier and device management servers

Configuration of System User Roles and Permissions which includes training mobility managers how to utilize the Stock Management Tool to manage on-site, on-hand inventory

Validate carrier data vs ITMS data on a monthly basis

Work with wireless Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon) to ensure mobile billing and assets are in order

Ensure Records Management procedures are completed when a reportable asset is assigned, relocated or reassigned to a new customer.

Enter updated troubleshooting information in Remedy.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:


Active Secret Security Clearance

Would like 5 years in like field experience

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Good Organization skills

Ability to understand and adhere to standard operating procedures

Database management skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data mining

Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools

Able to sit at a desk for long periods of time, able to lift up to 30 pounds


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline with a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.

  • Prior work experience in a fast-paced DoD environment
