CACI is the prime contractor for the MyNavyHR Transformation program, a large-scale integration and development transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. Joining the program offers more than a project assignment; it offers a career growth opportunity in a rapidly expanding and strategic CACI line of business with demonstrated success for Federal and DoD market customers.This position reports to the MyNavy HR TPC&P Portfolio Coordinator.The person in this position will support the MyNavy HR Risk Manager and activities related to risk management and mitigation to ensure successful development and deployments of the MyNavy HR releases. This position will support conducting risk assessments, tracking risks and Risk Owners, maintaining the Risk Management database, facilitating the development of Risk Response Plan courses of action, and monitoring the successful completion of Risk Response Plan courses of action. The position supports and participates in the PMW 240 Risk and Issue Working Group (RIWG), Risk and Issue Review Board (RIRB), and Risk Management Board (RMB).

Duties and Responsibilities:• Performs risk identification, assessment, handling, control and mitigation in support of the MyNavy HR PMO Risk Management Plan, utilizing government furnished equipment• Supports the management of risks and issues where Team CACI is the primary owner to avoid the risk becoming an issue and adversely impacting the programo Supports detailed risk assessments assisting the risk owners to analyze risk and develop detailed risk mitigations steps that are documented in the Integrated Master Scheduleo Conducts and assists risk owners in conducting qualitative and quantitative risk analysis determining cost, schedule and/or performance impacts if risk is realizedo Maintains and updates risks and issues in Atlassian Jira; and coordinates with PMW 240 to maintain parity with the Government Risk Management system.• Provide administrative and risk governance support for the RIRB and RMB. o Maintain strong and effective working relationships with all areas of Risk Managemento Conduct research on industry leading practices for risk governance matters pertaining to the DoD and Industry large scale ERP implementations.• Performs risk and issue identification, prioritization, assignment, reporting, and resolution in support of the MyNavy HR Risk and Issue Management program in accordance with the MyNavy HR Risk Management Plan, utilizing government furnished equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT and Risk Management Field• Minimum of 2 years working Risk and Issue Management preferable in large scale software system development programs for Federal Government• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner• High degree of personal initiative• Organizational awareness with an understanding of how to engage the organization to get things done• Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable tackling complex problems and breaking these down into manageable pieces• Hold an Active Secret clearance• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Nice to Have:
