What You’ll Get to Do:

Serves as the System Integrator (SI) Product Manager for the Army Military Pay (AMP) program. Works under minimal supervision performing tasks as the liaison between CACI and the Army customer in an Agile SAFe environment. Responsible for streamlining flow of information and decision-making between teams to minimize the risk of delays to the project timeline. Aids in the collaboration between the CACI Team Developers, Testers, and Release Management. Reviews customer requirements and provides expertise as required.

More About the Role:

  • Collaborate with Army Customer to manage and optimize the product backlog.

  • Actively manages the Agile release train backlog in Azure DevOps (Epic and Feature Level) and maintains the overall Product Roadmap

  • Coordinates and reports on work requiring effort from other Agile Release Trains or external entities to manage dependencies across the Solution Train.

  • Assists the CACI Development Team in prioritizing the backlog to maximize value to the Army customer.

  • Serves as the CACI representative for the software defect management processes, reports defect remediation results and maintain schedules and updates for software releases.

  • Reports defect remediation results and maintain schedules and updates for software releases.

  • Directs and/or participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements.

  • Provides functional expertise on Army Human Resources and Global Payroll business processes.

  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience (master’s degree preferred)

  • SAFe Product Owner (POPM) certification, or equivalent or willing to obtain SAFe POPM certification within 90 days of starting.

  • 18+ years of experience delivering software solutions

  • 10+ years of experience with Army Human Resources/Global Pay processes including Army HR legacy systems and its data

  • 7-9 years of PeopleSoft HCM experience

  • 10+ years of experience working with large ERP implementations

  • Experience with Agile SAFe process

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and within a matrixed organization

  • Possess strong theoretical knowledge in software development processes and methodologies.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Expertise with Agile SAFe process

  • Experience serving in an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager position.

  • SAFe POPM certified.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$119,800 - $263,600
