What You'll Get To Do:
The Mid-Level Resource Manager will lead a small team. Will be a member of the program PMO and serve as the POC for employee staffing related items and front office management of the program. The Mid-Level Resource Manager works with the HR Business Partner, corporate recruiter, PMO staff, subcontract partners, and other corporate groups and responsible for staffing, onboarding, and transitioning of personnel for a large contract supporting IPPS-Army. Supports Management of the CACI and internal program staffing process which includes submitting job requisition requests to recruiting, coordinating interviews as needed and ensuring candidate feedback is provided. Partners with hiring managers to assist in developing/implementing skills training and professional development processes within IPPSA and/or business unit. Manages the CACI Awards Program. Prepares and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outlining standard processes used to manage resources (e.g. interview process, onboarding process, group management). Works with client on government property and space utilization for the Systems Integration Team. Tracks and analyzes training needs for program personnel and works with managers to develop job growth opportunities within the IPPSA program. Supports the PMO with any ad hoc tasks as assigned to include leading monthly Newsletter, personnel transactions in Workday, Timekeeping compliance, Employment engagement and oversight of team for Admin Assistance support and on/off boarding.
Supports the IPPSA Program Manager, DPM-Prog Ops/Chief of Staff and Program Operations Team
Contributes to development and improvement of standards and processes for onboarding CACI and Subcontractor personnel onto the Program.
Assists with managing staffing documentation and position tracking within Work-Day System
Develops, executes, and manages staffing strategy and training for program.
Assist managers in creating Job Requests to ensure they comply with guidelines and are complete for Talent Acquisition Team to find candidates.
Collaborates with program hiring managers to fill staffing needs through strategic planning.
Coordinates and assists Managers in development of talent within the program to ensure we are growing the talent from within the program.
Participates in weekly staffing meetings to provide and receive updates.
Oversees the update of resource database. Assists Managers to ensure they are working with Corporate HR to ensures compliance with employment regulations.
Maintains the Training Tracker and ensure database is updated.
Assist in on boarding and off boarding of personnel on program ensuring timely receipt of GFE and CACI equipment and smooth transition on and off program.
Assist in maintaining space utilization for the SI.
Assists with IPPSA Newsletter and supports the Employee Steering Committee as member of the committee.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relative experience in staffing and resource management
Demonstrated experience with managing relationships, small teams, and coordinating of functional activities
Demonstrated experience with managing a distributed client base
Demonstrated ability to work with managers and individuals to develop and implement career planning.
Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities from both the client and CACI management
Demonstrated effective people skills and excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Knowledge of MS Office Tool Suite to include MS TEAMS.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Familiarity with client training requirements
Familiarity with CACI recruiting processes and systems
Familiarity with contract and financial management
Familiarity with Work Day, DELTEK, One Scope

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$77,200 - $162,200
