CACI is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Engineering O&M) to join our team in Arlington, VA. This role will lead a team of talented project managers, engineers, and technicians performing O&M and engineering of cloud solutions for our client.

This position is Fulltime Onsite in our Arlington, Virginia office.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for the performance of the task order against the statement of work

  • Leads a team of talented project managers, engineers, and technicians performing O&M and engineering of cloud solutions

  • Works closely with government stakeholders to manage the task order

  • Reporting to the Program Manager on all engineering and operational activities

  • Manage staff schedules to ensure coverage for ongoing operations and surge events while meeting all SLAs

  • Devise policies, standard operating procedures, and approval workflows for the team

  • Interface with customers and other vendors for the purpose of communicating status of operations

  • Ensure the meeting of SLAs, driving resolution of high priority issues and successfully managing projects to completion

  • Oversees quality assurance, risk management, configuration management efforts to ensure contract deliverables meet requirements

  • Develop, recommend, and advance IT services to support customer mission needs

  • Recommend and advance engineering and service innovations

  • Mature and evolve engineering practices and services operations

  • Direct and mentor employees; mitigate operational and technical risks

  • Conduct performance evaluations of program staff

  • Develop briefings, position papers and other supporting artifacts

  • Employ strong communication skills to direct skilled technical / programmatic resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review program documents

  • Ensures the timely recruitment and training of program staff

  • Location: Arlington, VA (CACI and customer sites)

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a DHS EOD Suitability Clearance (Active EOD preferred)

  • BA/BS or equivalent and 10 years in a related field with supervisory or management experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Executive presence and ability to conduct C-level meetings

  • Proven communicator and leader

  • Previous experience managing a similar sized IT program or team performing O&M and engineering for a government client

  • Working technical knowledge of cloud/systems/network administration and engineering in an enterprise environment

  • Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource forecasting and allocation, deliverable tracking, schedule monitoring, risk management, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous DHS or DoD experience

  • The following certifications are highly desired:

  • Azure

  • M365

  • ServiceNow

  • SAFe

  • ITIL Foundation

  • HDI

  • Knowledgeable of Problem Management best practice and processes

  • Experience leading teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$99,800 - $219,600
