What you’ll get to do:

CACI is seeking a Senior Training Instructor/Developer for the Army Military Pay (AMP) Program. You will possess superior training product development skills and participate in development strategy sessions.

You will understand the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process and Agile Development Concept. You will also bring your knowledge in planning, designing, developing, testing and delivering training products using the Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) 12.0 in Computer Based Training, Instructor Led Training, Virtual Training, and Distance Learning (Asynchronous and Synchronous).

More About the Role:

  • Member of the training product development team reporting to the training product development lead

  • Participate in Agile meetings for Value Streams

  • Leads or participates as assigned in training product development tasks to develop, implement, maintain, and manage IPPS-A training products, including but not limited to: Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS), Training Prototypes, Distributed Learning Web-based Training, Instructor-led Training Support Package, Training Environment requirements, Web-based Knowledge Management Product, User Manual and Job Aids

  • Develop work products according to established team standards and program requirements

  • Perform technical writing, develop spreadsheets, and update presentations

  • Apply industry training best practices and standards.

  • Work with limited oversight from manager to resolve difficult and often complex problems.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience

  • 5 years of experience in areas that may include: developing user guides, developing training materials, classroom instruction, developing Standard operating procedures, or other Government or system-related technical writing

  • Experience planning, designing, developing, testing, and implementing: Adobe Captivate and Full Oracle UPK capability, to include the See-It, Try-It, Know-It, Do-It, Test-It, Print-It and Test-it modes, Knowledge Center, Master Template development/use, and training document generation (i.e., lesson plans, job aids, troubleshooting guides)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (5 of the positions)

  • Active Final DoD Secret clearance (for the on-site position)

  • Willing to obtain SAFe Certified Agilist certification within 90 days of starting

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Training experience with an Army or DoD audience

  • Experience in Agile software development processes and SCRUM environment

  • Demonstrated aptitude to learn quickly, follow instruction and follow established standards

  • Have a Can-Do attitude and willingness to learn and work hard

  • Have a technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software products

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

  • SAFe Agilist certified

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
