CACI is a prime contractor for an upcoming project called ISDPMS . The project focuses on the software development and integration for the Department of State to provide business solutions to a worldwide workforce. We develop and maintain a cadre of systems and applications using SaaS and PaaS solution that helps protect lives of US citizens and non-citizens in Embassies, Consulates, and Posts around the world.

All positions will require an Interim Clearance to start with a possible requirement for a Top Secret (US Citizenship required)
More About the Role:
The Software Development Manager will have several responsibilities such as:
Supporting the APMO Tech Leadership by providing enterprise services, advice and architectural solutions across the enterprise and platform teams.
Leading the strategic and tactical planning for cloud migration and refactoring applications to leverage cloud capabilities, services, and resources.
Creating architecture for software and services solutions for operation in the cloud.
Solutions will focus on server less and cloud-native functionality available in Microsoft Azure Government (MAG), with secondary inclusion of other FedRAMP-approved solutions.
Familiarity of controls for securing Federal Government systems at FISMA moderate and high impact levels.
Setting security and design best practices for solutions. Create reference architectures for use by new and existing systems.
Creating, managing, and maintaining Iterative Design Documents
Ensuring enterprise compliance and provide Azure/cloud design and development.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
BA/BS + 7YRS
7 years Experience establishing system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
Ability to design architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
7 years of experience ensuring systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures, the OSI and ISO reference models, and profiles of standards - such as IEEE OSE reference model - as they apply to the implementation and specification of information management solution of the application platform, across the API, and the external environment/software application.
7 years of experience working in an agile environment
Experienced with DevSecOps and Jira
Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline.
Experience providing daily supervision and direction to staff.
