CACI International Sr. Business Analyst/Program Operations in Arlington, Virginia

Job Description

What you'll get to do:

o Ensure the accurate development and maintenance of the Training, Deployment and Sustainment (TDS) cost and schedule baseline

o Oversee and contribute to the TDS monthly and ad hoc cost/schedule/performance analysis and Earned value reporting to Senior Leadership (e.g. at the Business MPR), including projections of spend based on current run-rate and historical trends

o Contribute to various financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and allocation

o Create program documentation including work products and CDRLs

o Track execution of TDS activities

o Help manage both internal and external risks and dependencies

o Track, resolve, and escalate impediments to TDS activities

o Communicate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.

o Drive relentless improvement; offer solutions for programmatic frustrations

o Communicate programmatic budgets and schedules to assist others to operate to plan

o Perform resource management and administrative tasks on behalf of Team Leads and CAM

o Support establishment and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for TDS activities

o Support weekly IMS updates in MS project

o Perform weekly analysis of IMS inputs

o Perform monthly ETC (Estimate to Complete) analysis and inputs

o Provide monthly VARs (cost variance reports)

o Perform Workday tasks on behalf of Lead and CAM

o Assist TDS team in forecasting resource requirements and plans

o Assist TDS team with managing, tracking, and fulfilling resource requirements

o Assist TDS team in managing resource requirements with program and subcontracts POCs

o Assist TDS team in vetting resource resumes as well as managing resource requirements with sub-contractors

o Assist TDS team with resource issues and replacement

o Assist TDS team with CACI resource development and planning

o Respond to data calls

o Support proposal activities

o Provide cost and schedule analysis for ECRs

o Conduct meetings on behalf of manager

o Develop and/or modify team level processes and procedures

Qualifications you'll bring:

o BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related experience is required

o 3+ years of experience with MS Project

o Experience with Workday HCM System, Deltek Time & Expense System

o Experience managing program cost

o Experience reviewing and preparing defensible Basis of Estimates and establishing cost realism on proposals

o Experience with writing processes and procedures

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint)

o Ability to translate complex Earned Value and Scheduling subjects into clear, business-oriented communications to CACI and customer leadership

o Must be able to generate communication on behalf of management to the team

o Must be a team player and be able to adjust to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency

o Experience reporting and briefing at a high level with leadership and/or customer

o Must have demonstrated experience with developing, analyzing and reporting metrics that drive success

o Must have strong written, verbal, and listening skills

o Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills

o Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working across teams

o Must have superior attention to detail

o Active Secret clearance

Qualifications that are nice to have:

o 5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management

o Experience supporting the generation and submittal of CSDR and SRDR reports

o Experience analyzing and supporting the generation of IPMR Formats 1-7

o Practical knowledge of the system engineering lifecycle

o ERP implementation experience in large scale projects

o Experience with the DoD Contracting environment
