CACI International VTC Facilitator in Arlington, Virginia
CACI International Inc. has an immediate opening for a VTC Facilitator located in Arlington, VA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Work an 8 hour shift to provide VTC support coverage from 0900 – 1800 daily, Mon thru Fri.
Must be able to work in a stressful and very busy closed-in environment.
Must be people/customer oriented and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Must be responsible, accountable, and report to work on time.
VTC Facilitator responsibilities includes, but are NOT limited to the following:
Manage, coordinate and operate conference rooms to assist our customers in setting up, booking, reserving, scheduling, establishing, testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and conducting IP-based point-to-point and multipoint Classified/Unclassified VTC sessions using Cisco TMS management tools.
Connect, validate, and actively monitor VTC performance to ensure that both audio and video are functioning properly for the duration of the session.
Core VTC support hours are between 0600-1800 Monday thru Friday
You will plan to work an 8-hour shift between the hours 0900-1800 daily.
Provide after-hours support (1800-0600) as pre-arranged with the customer and support 2 or 3 conference sessions per month, each lasting an average of 2 hours.
Perform daily systems testing, perform preventive maintenance and report any faults to your supervisor first thing every morning and post results to the SharePoint link.
Submit daily activity reports/status in the SharePoint portal as they occur.
Create Remedy tickets for any problems found during VTC sessions and submit VTC Incident Reports providing details of the VTC problem to upper management.
Provide VTC troubleshooting, setup, and general support as requested.
- A high school graduate or equivalent required with at least 2 -3 years of relevant experience or certified VTC training.
- SECRET Security Clearance REQUIRED.
