CACI is currently looking for a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNOW developer with Agile methodology experience to join our Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Land Border Integration (LBI) Integrated Traveler Initiative II (ITI2) team in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development and hardware integration for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

As a member of the ITI2 Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP Officers and Border Patrol agents are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

What you’ll get to do:

During the Transition period, the SDNow Software Developer is responsible for configuring and integrating pre-built ServiceNow capabilities including Asset Management, Risk Management, and Incident Management to stand up CACI’s program management portal. The SDNow portal provides on-demand access to manage, track, and report on transition performance. The SDNow Software Developer will leverage the ServiceNow platform to design, develop, and integrate additional functionality, more specifically:

  • Work collaboratively toestablishintegrations betweenthe LBI Dashboard environment andthe CBP ServiceNowinstance, including the SDNow portal

  • Work collaboratively to create dashboards and reports within SDNow tomonitorperformance in near-real time

  • Work collaboratively to createticket workflowsincluding automated triage andissue escalation

  • Work collaboratively tocreate workflows totrack all aspects ofonboarding, clearing, and training staff

  • Identify additional ServiceNow capabilities to benefit the program

  • Supports decision making of the program team with analysis and recommendations regarding implementation ofServiceNow modules.

  • Designing, developing, and deployingwith the ServiceNow platform

  • Migrating datafrom different tools into ServiceNow

  • CreatingReportsand Dashboards within ServiceNow

  • Creating and modifying workflows within ServiceNow

  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteriaincludes, but not limited to:

  • 3-year check for felony convictions

  • 1-year check for illegal drug use

  • 1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud

  • ServiceNow Implementation Experience

  • College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information ManagementSystemsor a related discipline.  Experience acceptable in lieu of degree.

  • Strong software development background with least ten (10) years of IT experience related to the role

  • Three (3) to Five (5) years’ experience in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approach
