What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is looking for a Help Desk Specialist/Technical Writer to work with our client in Atlanta, GA.
More About the Role:
Provides technical expertise for program and operational documentation including rendering 508 Compliant documents.
Knowledge and understanding of technical editing software.
Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information for reporting.
Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical software.
Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
Reviews content of technical documentation for quality.
Produces technical and scientific graphic illustrations for presentations and/or publication, as appropriate to the requirements.
Provides documentation in presentation-ready quality output using advanced word processing and desktop publishing software.
Provides user support on documentation, web content and data requests researching completion problems and questions.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
A NACI is required to begin employment. CACI has the ability to provide clearance sponsorship for qualified individuals.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, if not degreed at least 5 years of relevant experience
Must have Section 508 Compliance experience
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Public health background
