What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI seeks a detail-oriented Public Health Analyst with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills. The public health analyst will serve a key role in coordinating, creating, disseminating and monitoring communications internally as well as public health partners.
More About the Role:
Proactively engage with a variety of state or local partner organizations in support of cooperative agreement aims including short- and long-term planning support, analysis of documents submitted, and to ensure appropriate program documentation is received.
Document email and phone communications with partners and share with team members.
Coordinate webinars, on-line trainings, site visits, and other health department capacity building opportunities. This includes scheduling, managing call invitations and registration, organizing and sharing materials, notetaking, distributing and compiling evaluation materials, and updating internal records with participants and action items. For in-person events, this also includes room scheduling logistics and travel logistics for site visits (propose options for hotel, car, on-site travel options that meet GSA per diem rates).
Collect information from appropriate internal and external subject matter experts to inform the development of materials aimed at educating public health and healthcare partners. Information will be gathered through calls and by taking notes during calls. Information will be stored on team SharePoint sites or shared folders and summary’s will be distributed to team members.
Ensure that training materials and other resources for public health and partners are documented, current, accessible, approved or cleared, and meet standards for posting where appropriate (508 compliance). This will include resources stored in multiple locations and on a variety of web-based platforms (SharePoint, CDC TRAIN, publicly available websites, other platforms).
Provide general administrative support for the team and branch, including file, calendar, records, and inbox management.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
3+ years relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in Health Communications, Public Health
Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Demonstrated experiencing using SharePoint
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to details and problem-solving skills
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- CDC experience or experience working in public health
