  • Coordinate across departments to align operational & business strategies across the organization.

  • Financial support and guidance in relation to resource management allocation, including staffing and budgeting, to optimize operational performance.

  • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards and practices both internal to the company and with Government standards.

  • Ensure all financial tracking systems utilized in the support of our customer operate smoothly and align with our quality standards.

  • Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures.

  • Establish KPIs and conduct quality assessments.

  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability.

  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs.

  • Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans.

More About the Role:

The Business Operations Lead is a Key Personnel in support of National Security Mission execution. The Business Ops Lead performs strategic financial management and coordination activities with internal and Government stakeholders to ensure financial information accuracy for operational locations to include OCONUS locations identified within the Contract SOW. The Business Ops Lead is a senior leader within the company and contract team, performing tasks independently and leading multi-functional teams.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Education: An Operations Lead typically possesses a diverse educational background.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

  • Additional coursework in project management, contracting, or legal management is beneficial.

  • Any post-baccalaureate certificates specializing in areas like leadership or operational excellence is beneficial.

  • Previous (7) experience in finance, financial management or related field.

  • Previous experience with OCONUS specific financials. (i.e. Hedging liabilities, Foreign taxation, SOFA)

  • Previous relevant experience working with other DOD IC organizations.

  • Previous experience working with complex CLIN structures, Multiple funding types, Funds From Others (FFO)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500 - 210,100 USD
