CACI is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team of developers, engineers, and signal analysts who support advanced signals analysis activities providing innovative solutions to support while supervising custom software solutions to the hardest problems. This program is a combination of analysis, O&M, and new development activities accomplished using Agile development tools and methodologies. Provide technical and management guidance to technical leads, coach leads, and customers on agile methodologies.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Management of engineers, developers, analysts, and various subcontractor members
Primary contact for customer COTR, SETA, and customer management staff
Cross contract management and coordination within the CACI SIMO Department design and execute a strategy for program performance and growth
More About the Role:
You will be leading the development team for an operational software suite producing real-time results from processing centers worldwide. You will use your experience in the IC to further propose new capabilities and extensions to existing systems to fulfill new and existing customer requirements.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An active TS/SCI Clearance
B.S. in engineering or B.A. with relevant study or experience
Excellent communicator and team leader
Experience leading technical teams in agile environments
Experience with customer management
Experience writing proposals and performing business development
Experience working with the NRO and IC Customers
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
- Masters degree in a STEM field

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $101,800-$218,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
