This opportunity offers very rewarding and unique benefits, which equates to 50% of compensation on TOP of your base salary! The first part is a tax-qualified profit-sharing retirement plan, to which CACI annually contributes up to 25% of your base salary (not in excess of applicable IRS limits) to your retirement account. The second component consists of an Individual Benefit Account (IBA), which is used for premiums, medical reimbursements, dependent care, education and Paid Time Off (PTO) policy. Both components of the benefit package are paid for by CACI, in addition to your base salary and potential performance bonuses. CACI is seeking a Web Software Engineer to work on a large established program implemented as small innovative teams.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • The program collaboratively creates mission critical software applications for its users, with whom we coordinate during design and development to ensure our product supports our users in an efficient and effective execution of their mission

  • You will provide web software design and development in support of new application development, using test driven and agile methodologies

  • You will work with teammates to maintain our team's multi-year track record of high quality, on schedule and under budget deliveries

  • You are an established and productive individual contributor who works independently with general supervision

  • You will leverage your technical expertise along with your motivated and self-directed work ethic to collaborate respectfully with teammates, while keeping the user mission first

More About the Role:

  • As a member of a small agile team you will get to apply your web development skills to implement technical solution compliant with design, user needs and interface definitions

  • You will work closely with product owners and customers to define requirements, implement business logic and refine applications

  • You will provide support and troubleshooting to issues in operations

  • You must be self-motivated, with a firm understanding of web development concepts, have excellent communication skills, and be able and willing to collaborate on technical items with the larger team

  • Must have a solid understanding of software development and configuration Management industry best practices

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimally 5 years of related software development experience

  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies

  • Demonstrated experience with Angular 2+, Material Design/Angular Material, Reactive Web Design & StateManagement (ngrx/rxjs), JSON, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, HTTP and WebSockets

  • Demonstrated experience with Linux operating systems

  • Demonstrated experience with Web Services

  • Demonstrated experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Service based development

  • Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence

  • Experience with software configuration management processes and tools

Nice to Have qualifications:

  • Experience in test driven development

  • Experience with Gradle, Jenkins, Puppet

  • Security+ certified (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,300-$146,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
