What You’ll Get to Do:

Your primary responsibility in the Project Manager position is to provide project leadership across a full software development lifecycle for multi-disciplinary teams that are creating networked, interoperable, remote sensors for Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) applications in support of the Department of Defense and other Intelligence Community agencies. The role also includes a Systems Engineering aspect, as the software products being developed must maintain compatibility as part of a large networked system of products, some of which are developed by entities outside of CACI.

More About the Role:

  • Serve as project lead supporting Interoperability Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure execution of near and long term strategic objectives

  • Direct responsibility for technical whitepaper creation and proposal development for capturing additional business in adjacent business spaces

  • Strong project execution skills leading multidisciplinary technical teams of 10 – 15 people across 2-4 mid-sized enterprise projects totaling $4M annually. This includes defining and tracking activities ranging from systems engineering, software/hardware development, test/QA and final deployment on customer infrastructure

  • Owns cost-schedule-performance

  • Manages risks, identifies issues, and develops mitigation plans (this includes triaging Agile stories and bugs for releases and leading scoping for sprint planning)

  • Generates polished briefings to support and lead engineering design reviews such as System Requirements Reviews (SRR), Design Reviews (PDR/CDR) and Program Management Reviews (PMRs) to DoD customers

  • Develops and/or gathers information to generate technical documents and reports necessary for Contract Delivery

  • Produce/author derived requirements from High Level Requirements that can be used for project execution teams

  • Perform trade-offs analysis and develop Course(s) of Action (COAs) using existing constraints/guidelines

  • Lead the establishment and continuing coordination of Development Operations (DevOps) pipelines for product teams

  • Process improvement and continuous improvement experience. Ability to identify waste in the system and improve the overall process to reduce wasted time and redundancy

  • Navigate ITAR/Export project management processes

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in an STEM discipline from an accredited University (Masters Degree in STEM discipline preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience (ideally with Prime DoD Contractor)

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI

  • Agile Scrum Software project leadership experience. Leading scrum teams over multi-year projects delivering continuous value to the customer

  • MS Suite experience with strong knowledge of MS Project

  • Creative Problem Solver

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner

  • Multi-INT collection system experience a plus

  • System Engineering/Software Development experience a plus
