CACI is currently seeking an Information Technology (IT) Professional with a background in GEOINT System Administration, maintenance and mission support. This exciting position supports the Air Force DCGS legacy and next generation (OA) architectures. This is a challenging position in a fast-paced environment supporting an integrated array of GEOINT systems, applications, workstations and network devices. The most successful candidates will be solution-oriented and self-motivated.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Perform a full range of system administration tasks on integral GEOINT support systems, which include, but are not limited to, DGETS, DGIF, TMAN and UNICORN.
Actively participate in the integration and maintenance of cutting-edge technology for the AF DCGS program.
Execute pre/post mission system checks, report any system anomaly observed, and document utilizing the site’s trouble ticket system.
Oversee all aspects of the GEOINT mission during in-flight operations.
Monitor, identify, resolve and communicate corrective actions for all GEOINT systems.
Analyze system performance and make recommendations on system improvements.
Verify system upgrades by testing and analyzing software changes against mission requirements.
Guide customers to make informed decisions regarding operations and system sustainment.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
IAT Level 2 certification i.e. Security + 4+ years of relevant experience.
This position requires experience with Enterprise system maintenance, troubleshooting and support.
Extensive knowledge in one or more of the following areas is required: Solaris UNIX and/or LINUX, System Administration for Servers and Workstations, shell scripting, Oracle or WebLogic.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
System Engineering/Information Technology Bachelor’s degree.
Familiarity with geospatial intelligence gathering, analysis, and dissemination.
Exposure to C/C++, UNIX, LINUX, Windows, Telecommunication Systems and Troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Cisco Routers, ATM Switches, Socet GXP, VMWare/vSphere/ESXi, NITF and STANAG 4607 standards.
2+ years of Air Force DCGS experience. Multiple positions available commensurate with relevant experience.
