CACI International JOCAS II Programmer Analyst in Beavercreek, Ohio
Perform as Programmer Analyst for the Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS II), a legacy CFO-compliant core USAF cost accounting system. CACI's JOCAS II team provides JOCAS II maintenance, sustainment, enhancement that includes software development for system releases, 2nd and 3rd-tier Help Desk support for functional and technical user community, development of training, and architecture modernization. JOCAS II technologies include an Oracle database management system, Oracle Middleware components, Oracle Forms and Reports, and PL/SQL. Staff location is CACI's Beavercreek OH office near Wright Patterson AFB.
Executes disciplined software engineering processes and full lifecycle development activities including design, code, unit test, and integration for the Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS II) sustainment and enhancement. The JOCAS II development components include an Oracle 11G database, Oracle Forms and Reports, PL/SQL code, Java, and legacy Pro*C code. Analyzes software requirements, and plans, develops, tests, and documents complex computer program components in accordance with approved requirements. Works with functional analysts to evaluate user requests for application changes to determine technical feasibility and scope, and compatibility with current system. Converts requirements specifications and design documents into software components including Oracle Forms and Reports and PL/SQL software. Updates deliverable user documentation and design documentation. Performs peer reviews of engineering team artifacts. Supports software troubleshooting during integration testing and system testing.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience.
Development experience in Oracle 11g or 12c application development environments, including Oracle Forms and Reports, PL/SQL, C/C++, stored procedures, XML.
Development experience with cost accounting and DoD financial applications like JOCAS II and DEAMS.
Can obtain Contractor Access Card (CAC) and National Agency Check (NAC).
Must currently have or be able to obtain one of the following certification within six months of hire date
CASP CE (CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner)
CISSP (or Associate) (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or
CSSLP (certified secure software lifecycle professional)”
Experienced in software development with SEI CMMI-DEV Level 3 software engineering processes.
Experienced in developing SQL scripts
Familiar with DODAF standard diagrams.
