What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking a highly motivated Control Theory Engineer in the Bethesda, MD area.
More About the Role:
Research, develop and design systems for industrial control system purposes.
Perform all aspects of engineering and design, including modern control theory and multi-input/multi-output designs.
Analyze and test of ship and submarine handling qualities.
Design control laws.
Develop simulation math models.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
MS or Ph.D in Control Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with participation in activities that demonstrate an interest in hydrodynamics, and/or vehicle control
0-5 years experience
Coursework and / or work experience in control systems, vehicle stability and control, digital systems, simulation, and / or hands-on testing is desired
Advanced guidance, navigation, and control coursework beyond basic feedback control systems or stability and control is a plus
Comprehensive understanding of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards and their application.
