CACI is seeking an expert level Data Analyst to join our contract with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) IC Chief financial Office (IC CFO) to support a variety of financial data service requirements intended to enhance the quality and security of data and enable the government to understand the as-is data model environment to modernization leveraging Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) applications.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Analyze and visualize results using COTS and GOTS applications
Report the results back to the relevant members of the business
Identify patterns and trends in data sets
Structure large data sets to find usable information
Define new data collection and analysis processes
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
Support development of data governance and quality policies that align with Intelligence community and Agency objectives and requirements
Support Data Management Plan initiatives configuring and tailoring COTS applications to implement data governance and quality capabilities
Use development skills to perform ETL type activities
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance
6+ years of experience
Experience in data models and reporting packages
Ability to analyze large datasets
Coding skills in languages such as SQL, Python and/or R
Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau
Experience with statistical software
Ability to write comprehensive reports
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking skills and an analytical mind
Attention to detail
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience working in a AWS Cloud environment
Computer Science or Mathematics/Statistics
Experience working on an agile development team
Prior experience developing data governance and quality policies

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,300
