CACI is looking for a self-motivated IT professional to support contracts in West Bethesda, MD. This position will provide the opportunity to develop IT skills while working in a hands-on environment fixing Tier I and II requests. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinking problem solver and take the initiative to find the answer to assigned requests.
More About the Role:
Support Tier I and II hardware and software requests.
Setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Respond to user queries and troubleshoot problems.
Work with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Associates degree to better in Computer Science, Management Information Systems(Equivalent combination of education and experience in Systems Engineering, Network Security Engineering, Operating Systems and/or Desktop Support considered in in lieu of degree).
0-3 years hands on experience
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
Good communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel.
Ability to work independently
