CACI is seeking a motivated Portfolio/Senior Program Manager with a strong background in agile development methodologies to support the organizational success of multiple mission critical, cloud-based applications for a key IC customer.

What You'll Get to Do:

As a Member of an advanced agile development and PMO team, you will work with the government customer to help shape the new phase of mission critical applications into the C2S cloud environment. You will get to work with the customer defining requirements, shaping technology roadmaps, and implementing business logic to deliver a series of AWS Server-less applications. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of applications in a dynamic agile environment that supports mission-critical applications

  • Serve as both a mentor and technology leader, interacting with subordinate Program Managers, C-suite level government customers, and a plethora of industry partners to support national security imperatives

  • Interact with product development teams, network services, cybersecurity, and customer service teams to coordinate development, operations, and maintenance of deployed systems

  • Champion special projects and technical upgrades

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Poly is required

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline and 15 years of related Information Technology (IT) experience

  • Previous experience as a Program Manager of a large, diverse, technical, and geographically dispersed team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and assessing impact of proposed scope changes to future architectures. Experience accrediting IT systems under the ICD 503 Certification and Accreditation Process.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required.

  • Ability to oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

  • Experience training/mentoring less experienced personnel.

  • The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial

  • Understanding traditional software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management

  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter

  • Experience managing operations in an agile environment

  • Experience with SecDevOps processes and/or tools

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Previous Portfolio Management experience

  • ITIL Foundation Certification

  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
