CACI is seeking an experienced Program Analyst in support our Navy customer located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Directly supports the Senior Scientific Technical Manager leading the Surface Ship and Submarine Design workforce. Witness how a Navy submarine program is initiated through the earliest acquisition process and meets each milestone.

  • Directly supports and participates in learning about the engineering management of NSWCCD’s activities.

More About the Role:

  • Applies organizational skills that can manage and produce products on multiple topics within a short timeframe

  • Identify, capture, and assign actions during technical and programmatic meetings

  • Effectively communicate written information to senior NAVSEA leaders as well as provide direction and information to lead engineers and analysts

  • Effectively communicate orally to multiple and at times, large audiences

  • Responsible for assembly of financial data and providing a Weekly Status Report for Task Leads.

  • Provide meeting execution to include:

-Event Invitation, attendee coordination, date, time room scheduling, agenda creation and distribution, locating a proctor or proctoring as required, electronically combine presentation material from multiple presenters into one meeting data package and provide technical data.

-Take minutes at a variety of internal and external technical and programmatic meetings during the working week, format and circulates.

-Create templates to trace technical and programmatic status of multiple projects.

-Create, track, assign, distribute and report status on actions from multiple projects and sources assigned to technical workforce.

-Create and distribute templates for Technical Project Documentation such as summaries, reports, and presentations.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of strong administrated office experience to include, organizational skills, financial tracking experience, moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and computer skills with Microsoft office, word, power point, etc.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, writing, spelling, punctuation and proficient in a variety of styles

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands

  • Data Entry

  • U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • Knowledge of Navy acquisition process (submarines preferred)

  • Some Knowledge of standard shipbuilding engineering disciplines (structures, hydrodynamics, signatures, cost, weight and stability, sonar and combat systems and hull mechanical and electrical systems)

  • Some Knowledge of NSWCCD organizational structure

  • 5-7 years of strong administrated office experience to include, organizational skills, financial tracking experience, moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and computer skills with Microsoft office, word, power point, data analysis/ entry, etc.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, writing, spelling, punctuation and proficient in a variety of styles
