CACI is currently looking for a Program Management Analyst to join our RMIC (Resource Management in the IC) team supporting a prime client located in Bethesda Maryland! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software.

What You’ll Get to Do:

The successful candidate will work directly with Government/Industry Team in meeting a vast array of program needs to include, but not limited to:

  • Participating in requirements meetings;

  • Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS);

  • Provide graphic and briefing development and revision support;

  • Assist in Risk Management tracking and entry;

  • Support engineering requirements reviews;

  • Participate in baseline certification program meetings/processes;

  • Assist in the development of budget and task planning and execution;

  • Responsible for support of program business and functional operations;

  • Identify and facilitate the resolution of operational issues and act as a liaison between technical and functional areas;

  • Support the Program Manager in planning and monitoring program activities;

  • Provide input to corporate Performance Management Review (PMR) slides;

  • Support annual planning and goal setting processes, including metrics definition and target setting;

  • Lead and participate in special projects spanning multiple functions;

  • Enforces governance, compliance and risk assessment framework to regulatory requirements;

  • Defines and documents business process responsibilities and ownership of determined controls; and

  • Evaluates risks and develops standards, procedures, and controls to manage risks;

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree or (8) years of equivalent experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Project Software.

  • Technical writing skills

  • Initiative – proactively establishing relationships, setting up workshops, finding opportunities to innovate and improve value, as well as providing new ideas for team and improvement

  • Team Mentality – jumping in to help others as needed, empowering and collaborating with others, and learning a cross-section of skills to improve ability to aid others

  • Organization – establishing and communicating simple, value-driven strategies and plans for near and far-term activities, while managing scheduling demands and maintaining focus across multiple efforts

  • Flexibility – adapting to change on the fly, maintaining a positive attitude, and focusing on the path ahead

  • The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team
