CACI International Technical Operations and Exploitation Officer in Bethesda, Maryland
CACI is seeking a Technical Operations and Exploitation Officer to pursue a career supporting CACI’s growing Intelligence Services market. Supported by our newly developed job framework, CACI provides clearly defined career paths for employees to grow and progress within our company.
Specific duties include:
Support the customer with the development, analysis, and refinement of business processes to prioritize competing requirements and provide traceability of requirements throughout their lifecycle
Analyze, edit, and advance lifecycle documentation and provide presentations to customers which include requirements, capabilities, project status updates
Analyze and propose complex technical operational approaches, procedures, and systems
Conceptualize, plan, perform and manage telecommunications and computer network operations on a daily basis
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering and at least eight (8) years of related technical operations experience
A minimum of 2+ years conducting Technical Operations in the field in support of IC members
Proven expert background in the development, procurement, instruction, installation and operation of specialized technical equipment in support of CI/HUMINT operations.
In depth knowledge in identification and possible mitigation of technical threats to operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven background and knowledge in technical collection disciplines and operational procedures/policies.
Able to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
Proven background maintaining liaison partnerships with IC Agencies
Proven expert background demonstrating the ability to research, analyze, prioritize effectively, problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data/information and to work several tasks concurrently with minimum supervision
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of complex geographic or functional area(s) or issues
An active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
