As a Training Instructor/Facilitator in our Bremerton, WA location you will support the Integrated Project Team Development (IPTD) Program at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). You will purposefully build high-performing PSNS & IMF project teams. This is a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on building relationships, influencing leadership development skills, and organizing meetings/events for success. You will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple events. You will manage communications, customer expectations, staffing assignments, and IPTD Program deliverables.
More About the Role
Develop and conduct training with a focus on individual development, team development, and organizational development to build high-performing teams.
Build and develop relationships with integrated stakeholders across the Naval Maintenance Community.
Collaborate and develop project team training continuums through team formation and project execution.
Produce timely reports for distribution to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.
Plan and deliver events of varied duration (.5 day - 9 days) for groups numbering 10-200. Customize these events to the development needs of the customer you support.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop strategies for learning and delivery.
Support the timely execution of contract requirements, which includes timely completion of reports and submission of supporting data and metrics.
Support/interface with the customer via the telephone, video conferencing, email, chat, and applicable online presence.
Work site fluctuates between customer site (office, shipyard, aboard ships), CACI office environment, and home site.
Physical Demands: Normal demands associated with a Shipyard office environment, including ability to work on a computer for long periods. Work may sometimes be in an active industrial environment that may require walking long distances carrying backpack filled with work materials (and transporting materials, supplies as needed), climbing ladders, and accessing confined spaces. Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
DoD Secret security clearance.
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of related (training, military, shipyard, and/or logistics) work experience.
Willingness and ability to experiment and invent new approaches to provide the highest caliber service to our customer.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization in a professional, effective manner.
Strong customer service orientation. Respectfully engage customers in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
Ability to organize work efficiently and manage time effectively.
Ability to perform successfully independently and as a team member in a demanding work environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Previous military service or previous work experience at a Naval Shipyard.
Any of the following: Professional Facilitation Training and/or Certificate, Project Management Training, Curriculum Development Training, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, Organizational Behavior Training, and/or Team Development Training.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$56,200.00 - $115,100.00
