What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI has an immediate need for a Logistics and Shipping Analyst I in Atlanta, GA. The Analyst will need to assist with customer service, basic problem analysis, shipping, labeling, data and document management.

  • Person will work remotely 80% of the time through COVID. After that, person will be required to be onsite in Atlanta office.

More About the Role:

Quarterly Shipping Event Activities; 45%

  • Assist with planning, preparing and coordinating shipping events

  • Prepare bags for each PT and QC program

  • Assemble and label shipping sacks, boxes and group boxes

  • Transport boxes and packages to/from shipping dock

  • Create Quarterly Shipping Event Report with metrics, activities, results and issues

  • Monitor and track shipment receipt and status

  • Maintain lab customer shipment demographics and label production information

  • Lookup and communicate shipping tracking number and delivery status

  • Work with FEDEX to expedite packages delayed in Customs

Level 1 Customer Support; 40%

  • Level 1 Triage of CRM incoming emails and portal case requests

  • Research and resolve bounced email communications

  • Create new and updating existing contacts in CRM

  • Initiate SAMS Invites request based on new portal user requests

  • Handle removal of portal users

  • Handle program removals and/or account deactivations

  • Update lab profile information in CRM

  • Process off cycle requests for FedEx shipping labels and generate FEDEX AIRWAY bill

Meetings; 10%

  • Attend planning, status, and operational meetings

Documentation Management; 5%

  • Make minor updates to NSQAP Shipping and Logistics Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs)

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • A minimal of 3 years using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SharePoint (or other document repository tool)

  • A minimal of 2 years customer service experience (helpdesk experience is a plus)

  • Must be highly professional, speak fluent English, have good grammar, outstanding attention to details, willing to take responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks and have strong problem-solving skills

  • Able to quickly understand and use remote communication and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or WebEx

  • A NACI clearance is required to begin employment. For this position, CACI has the ability to provide clearance sponsorship for qualified individuals.
