CACI International Business Consultant for ServiceNow Transformational Services in Chantilly, Virginia

Job Description

The primary role for this Business Consultant is to assist with the administration and development of the ServiceNow platform and to help deliver this capability as a Managed Service to an Intelligence Community customer. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform, preferably as a Developer.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to perform the following development activities for the ServiceNow platform.

  • Ability to earn ServiceNow Administrator Certificate

  • ServiceNow Orchestration

  • Develop workflows

  • Ability to support ServiceNow ITSM Implementation for Event, Incident, Problem, Change and Schedule Management

  • Workflows

  • Business rule customization

  • Script include development

  • ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation and Customization

  • Develop Service Portal widgets and capabilities

  • Leverage UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, GlideAjax to provide unique capabilities

  • Implement ServiceNow users, groups, roles, ACLs management

  • Develop application and modules using

  • Scripted REST APIs

  • Customized notifications, approvals, inbound email actions

  • Import sets and transform maps

Desired Qualifications

  • Candidate to hold an active Top Secret US Government Security Clearance or be capable of getting the clearance; work may begin in unclassified environment

  • Candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field plus minimum 5 years of technical experience

  • Experience working on complex ServiceNow projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors

Desired Skills

  • Candidate will have a working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform

  • Ability to assess business impact of specific technologies/strategies

  • Ability to identify and address technical or operational risks

  • Ability to provide review/input on project activities for medium to large Agency projects

  • Ability to collaborates with the project manager to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures for medium to large Agency projects

  • Excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills; ability to use a wide variety of presentation tools to persuasively communicate complex and high-impact messages to multiple audience levels, including senior-level management

  • Technical skills as follows:

  • REST development

  • SQL Server / PowerShell

  • Software development – JavaScript/AngularJS, PowerShell, C#, Perl, Web Services, VB, UNIX scripting
