Job Description

CACI is searching for an established Business Development Executive (BDE) with successful track record of positioning and winning large, strategic Federal IT contracts. As a BDE, you will identify, qualify and position CACI favorably with potential clients and move the opportunity through the qualification (milestone) process.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for supporting CACI ESS (Enterprise Solution and Services) business group. ESS is a $1.3B business unit that provides world class business systems modernization services to DoD, Civilian and Intel. You will be responsible for pursuing contracts ranging from $50M-$500M+. You will partner closely with operations leadership and engineering personnel within the ESS Business Group to develop an overall Campaign Strategy and Account Plans to focus on positioning and capturing Supply Chain Modernization, Enterprise Asset Management and MRO related opportunities.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Build Executable Account Plans within agreed upon target accounts

  • Identify and qualify ESS/ Supply Chain/ Asset Management/MRO opportunities throughout Federal market

  • Partner with senior leadership in developing the strategy for Federal market sectors, including IC, DoD, and FedCiv, and to support CACI's long term business strategy.

  • Work closely with CACI executives, providing them with the support they need to properly integrate and manage the business development function into their respective strategies, operating plans and budgets.

  • Develop and maintain a "value added" working relationship with CACI line organizations including Business Group executives, Capture Managers, and Proposal Managers

  • Conduct competitive assessments on specific opportunities, make recommendations on teaming partners and build new business pipelines.

  • Attend a variety of conferences and other external meetings to explore business development opportunities

  • Provide leadership in working in a collaborative fashion with other divisions of the company to accomplish strategic objectives, profitable organic growth, and increased shareholder value.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field

  • 12+ years of experience winning large, technology-based solutions contracts within the Federal Government. Emphasis on ERP, Supply Chain, Asset Management within DoD is a plus
