CACI International Business Operations Manager in Chantilly, Virginia

Job Description

CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.


The Business Operations Manager oversees, manages, and coordinates all aspects of Business Operations for a large scale Enterprise IT program. Duties include managing a team of Business Operations Leads, developing procedural governance, collaborating with internal Service Delivery Managers, and developing short-term and long-term strategy for the overall success of the program. The candidate should have both IT Operations and Business Development expertise, to include implementing business process initiatives that improve operational, contractual, and financial performance, and driving organic and new business growth.


  • Contracts: Overseeing all contractual actions, modifications, and compliance requirements.

  • Subcontracts: Overseeing all statements of work, subcontract agreements, and purchase order requirements.

  • Program Control: Overseeing all financial review, financial strategy, and financial forecasting requirements.

  • Resource Management: Overseeing all recruiting, onboarding, and security clearance requirements.

  • Facilities: Overseeing all leasing, construction, and IT requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years related work experience.

  • Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)
