The CACI Team is seeking a highly-motivated senior-level Business Systems Analyst with a focus on the Agile Process methodology and ability to step in as the SCRUM Master for the project. With plenty of growth opportunities on the Agile/Functional client support team to “harness the power of the cloud”. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will harness your skills and contribution to the team collaborating with the customer and other team members with a variety of tasks supporting the Agile process and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of the product and processes, helping them take advantage of cloud computing and virtual environments.

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Coordinate in the contribution to functional attributes of requirements, design, and technical specifications through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Ability to work closely with management and leads to provide guidance and status of progress on the SCRUM efforts and tools for each sprint.

  • Ability to work effectively with a team, but also independently, and take initiative with limited supervision in a customer support role.

  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Works with other SMEs and contributes to the development of more junior team members with supervision and motoring capabilities.

  • Engage with customers onsite, from CACI offices, and remotely when necessary.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree +7 years’ experience

  • Secret Clearance or higher

  • 7+ years of dedicated experience with business analysis in IT

  • Provides expertise in the understanding of requirements analysis, functional testing, process improvements and documentation in an Agile/SCRUM process environment.

  • Working knowledge of roles and responsibilities on an Agile team, mainly in support of SCRUM Master role but knowledge of other roles, sprints, and story point estimating efforts.

  • Coordinates efforts among various internal functional teams and external customer teams with regards to application changes or enhancements, monthly statuses, schedules and after-action reports (AAR).

  • Works closely with team management on all deliverables for customers according to requirements from contracts, software, and internal processes.

  • Assists customers as functional expert, both in-person (when allowed) and remotely, of the web application and data troubleshooting.

  • Participates with management and leads on developing technical solutions that may require collaboration with internal expertise and deep analysis of the technical systems, virtual tools, and aspects of cloud computing.

  • Ability to be independent, be creative and self-challenged working with other knowledgeable and like-minded SMEs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of Agile/SCRUM type tools like JIRA or other equivalents

  • Experienced with all roles or how to coordinate teams in an Agile process

  • Understanding concepts of any Cloud Engineering areas like AWS, Azure, CS2, PaaS, LaaS, etc.

  • Security+ CE, CCNA-Security or other similar security related certification.

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of both functional and technical SMEs as well as less technical customers who needs help in understanding.

  • Experience with Technical Documentation creation and design for effective customer engagement.

  • Knowledge of Information Assurance compliance to specified standards NIST Standards for Cyber Security, Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.

  • MA or MS degree + 3 years’ experience.
