CACI International Customer Services and IT Officer TS/SCI w/Poly in Chantilly, Virginia
What You’ll Get to Do:
You will act as a hybrid Close Support/Service Desk Agent and will provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations and monitoring and problem resolution. You will provide customer service to customers experiencing IT issues via phone/remote desktop support sessions.
More About the Role:
Monitor tools and environments on 12-hour rotating shifts
Utilize honed customer service skills to thoroughly and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues and errors for users
Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees.
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI w/ poly is required
BA/BS and 5+ years providing support to IT systems
Have strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service skills
Have experience monitoring tools and environments
Must have excellent communication skills
The candidate must have knowledge of administrative tools and consoles
Must have proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
The candidate must be tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
