What You'll Get To Do:
Our Program requires a software/systems engineer who will work closely with cyber network operators, targeters, and analysts to design, build, and test cross-platform capabilities. The successful candidate will have experience with software development and testing, along with a passion for penetration testing and the cyber security field. This is a mission facing position that will lead to impact on our national security initiatives. Develop tools, scripts, and capabilities for specific environment in a rapid turnaround environment focused on operations support. Research, customize, and deploy tools.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must possess a TS SCI with required polygraph clearance
Bachelor's degree with a 5 years of related work experience
4+ years Python development experience
2+ years VMWare, VSphere ESXi experience, including automation of VM
2+ years Ansible experience on Windows and Linux environments (Ansible VMWare experience a plus)
2+ years experience with OS Native scripting environments, including bash, powershell
Strong interpersonal communication skills to interface with a variety of customers to review design and development tools to meet requirements
Ability to understand user requirements and develop those requirements into a solution
Experience with Window and Linux
Experience with OS, network, and application security configurations of Windows and Linux
Experience with Wireshark and or tcpdump network capture and analysis
Experience with TCP/IP network protocols, including TLS, HTTP, DNS and others
Experience with TLS CA and PKI technologies, including troubleshooting, generation, configuration and security considerations
Experience with cyber security best practices, OS and network level hardening techniques
Strong initiative -- able to generate their own tasking from stated high level objectives
Flexibility -- works well both independently and as a team player; must be eager to learn
Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask, and adaptable to shifting requirements
Skills Desired:
Knowledge of the MITRE Attack framework and indicators of compromise
Experience with installing, updating, deploying, configuring and using EndPoint Security Products (Antivirus/Firewall/SIEM integration)
Experience with evaluating and administering a variety of enterprise-grade endpoint protection tools
Experience setting up domain environments
