As a PRIME contractor, we support mission-critical National Security where the key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our program management team. We are currently searching for an experienced deputy program manager to continue our tradition of success. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural-born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination, ownership, and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity, being a valued partner to the program manager, and nurture the program's success from inception to completion.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • DPM shall be available to communicate directly with the CO or COR regarding performance

  • Act as the central point of contact with the Government for all technical issues.

  • Represents the contractor at all post-award meetings

  • Responsible for the overall coordination and implementation

  • Ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions.

  • Ability to plan and organize work.

  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

More About the Role

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.

  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.

  • Maintain an organizational standard of satisfaction, quality, and performance.

  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.

  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

  • 5+ years of combined personnel security and investigative experience at the state or federal level.

  • Management experience that demonstrates the ability to direct, execute, and control the performance of a contract with detailed knowledge of daily operations.

  • Ability to build strong personal and professional relationships that advance both productivity and long-term business goals.

  • Experience managing a large $25M+ program

  • PMP Certification
