As the Program’s Employee Advocate, you will focus on the three main areas of Advocacy, Engagement, and Recognition. You will engage the program workforce, maintaining confidentiality as needed. You will communicate employee experiences with program leadership, coordinate leadership’s responses, and hold leadership accountable to their responses and subsequent actions.
You will engage the appropriate area of the contract and company as needed in creating solutions for the challenges and concerns raised during employee engagement sessions/discussions.
You will assist program leadership in attracting, developing, and retaining customer-focused, and team-oriented talent.
You will spearhead the employee recognition program, working with leadership to develop a sustainable, repeatable process, socializing it across the organization.
You will help plan and coordinate engagement activities for the Newbrook facility such as team building events and activities.
What you will get to do:
Engage the employees in communication, either on the phone or in person
Provide relevant CACI benefit awareness and assistance as applicable
Touch base with new employees at one week, one month, six months, and one year mark to gauge employee experience, reporting to leadership any concerns raised
Capture employee data points and concerns
Allow the employee to review the data for accuracy and to determine the level of confidentiality
Identify areas of concern or improvement, and actionable plans for resolution
Present aggregated data to leadership for awareness, review, and actions
Circle back to employee, providing updates and expectations from leadership
Provide relevant metrics
Work with PMO leadership to create/refine the employee recognition program
Maintain kudos repository and provide data to program and corporate for recognition events
Communicate to the facility personnel details on upcoming team building events via email, flyers, signup sheets, etc.
Communicate with facilities coordinator to prepare for events
You’ll bring these qualifications:
An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or Information Technology or equivalent years of experience
Ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner with all members of the program regarding work in progress and any potential problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously
Ability to foresee problems and make decisions to avoid bottle necks or conflicts
Ability to work with little supervision and stay on track
Extensive knowledge of MS Word, and PowerPoint and the desire to learn SharePoint
