DCSA’s Personnel Vetting mission delivers efficient and effective background investigations, continuous vetting, and adjudications to safeguard the integrity and trustworthiness of the Federal and contractor workforce.
DCSA provides Critical Technology Protection oversight to approximately 10,000 cleared companies under the NISP, ensuring that the sensitive and classified United States (U.S.) Government information it is entrusted with and the critical technologies it develops are properly protected. In support of this mission, this program will support DCSA/OCIO to provide enterprise-wide architecture, engineering, enterprise operations, and related services to support DCSA’s centralized IT solution requirements.
Enterprise Operations maintains DCSA’s most critical IT infrastructure and provides updates to OCIO and Enterprise Operations leadership. In execution of these requirements, the Enterprise Operations Task Lead will provide a flexible enterprise IT environment that can meet changing strategic goals and priorities as well as demands for capacity and new capabilities that support the DCSA mission. The Enterprise Operations Task Lead will provide the expertise, best practices, and agility to maintain the constant changes and evolution of the enterprise IT environment. They will maintain working partnerships at all levels of the DCSA organization (i.e., strategic, tactical, and operational) in order to cohesively manage and maintain networks, systems, applications, and technology within the enterprise. They will work with all parts of DCSA, including other third-party contractors, to assess, update, and improve DCSA’s systems.
The Enterprise Operations Task Lead will leverage the TO Portal to improve transparency and situational awareness. They will update and maintain SOPs for all tasks within Enterprise Operations and facilitate DCSA’s requirements for proactively managing and monitoring activities surrounding core business operations. They will develop, update, and maintain the existing SOPs in line with industry best practices, DoD guidelines, and process improvements.
More About the Role:
The Enterprise Operations Task Lead will manage and control the work performed in support of all Enterprise Operations. This involves oversight of Server Operations and Administration, Storage Operations and Administration, Database Management, Network Operations and Administration, Customer Support, Knowledge Center, Information Technology Service Desk, Desktop Engineering & Automation, Technical Classroom Support Services, Application Sustainment and Operations & Maintenance, Release Management, Microsoft Active Directory Administration, Unified Communications, Data Center Operations, Virtualized Management, and Data Capacity Management Services. The Enterprise Operations Task Lead serves as the single point of contact for all technical services provided under this task. The Enterprise Operations Task Lead shall manage staff, direct work activities, ensure high-quality of services, and lead key discussions from both business and technical perspectives.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
It is required that the Enterprise Operations Task Lead has the following qualifications:
Possesses an ITIL Intermediate Level Certification (or higher).
A minimum of five years of experience managing IT Enterprise Operations and managing/leading enterprise operations center staff performing Network Support, Server and Storage Operations and Administration, and Disaster Recovery requirements in an environment similar in size scope and complexity to the TO.
A minimum of five years of experience supporting a geographically dispersed network infrastructure with multiple classification levels (e.g., NIPR, SIPR, JWICS).
Must possess a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Experience overseeing the execution of complex technical projects in the areas of IT infrastructure migration and cloud-based adoption.
Experience deploying and operating secure systems in the DoD.
Experience in lifecycle enterprise vulnerability management.
Experience executing requirements using the Risk Management Framework
