CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a cleared (TS/SCI with Poly) Field Technician who will function as a member of one of the programs Field Teams providing discovery, reporting and documentation, installation and integration, and data ingest of Nlyte design implementation. The Field Team is based out of Chantilly, VA and conducts about 5 TDYs to CONUS and/or OCONUS locations annually.
What You’ll Get to Do:
The Field Technician should have a good understanding of Data Center Infrastructure Management, Server Environments and/or Data Center Operations.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Manage the data being input into the asset management system, including inventory and the condition of the customers infrastructure assets
Define the needed data and information
Collect the needed data and information
Provide reports of all data and information collected
Define hardware to procure
Participate in site installation and integration
Build out and populate data center rooms
Provide configuration management and data updates
This position will require up to 50% travel both CONUS & OCONUS (non-combat zone)
These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience implementing new solutions
Experience with Intelligence Community security protocols
Experience with the Nlyte suite of software tools: Maximo, ServiceNow, and Nlyte
Systems Integration experience
Experience documenting design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information
- Candidate must have BS + 5 years of experience
A+ Network+ Security+ CAN
Clearance: Current TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is Required
