Job Description

CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.


The Identity and Access Manager will provide account lifecycle management support (reporting, monitoring, disablement, compliance, and removal) for all TSA IMPACT-managed systems. They will provide support of organizational directory services, federation services, and Single Sign-On for internal and external applications, role and access management systems, and Personal Identity Verification (PIV)-based multi-factor authentication services to securely authenticate the digital identity of all TSA users and services and to achieve compliance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12).

  • Facilitate and adhere to Privileged account audits

  • Completion of privileged user training requirements

  • Provide monitoring of privileged user access

  • Identification and disablement of inactive privileged and general user accounts

  • Provide Identity Credntialing and Access Management (ICAM) services by providing access to multiple applications using single identification and authentication information

  • Reporting and documentation in support ICAM services and technologies

  • Analyze and respond to service desk incidents regarding account management activities

  • Review, validate, and process access and deletion requests for privileged access

Required Skills:

  • Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.

  • Experience with Physical Access Control System (PACS), Logical Access Control System (LACS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), RSA Tokens, and PIV technologies

  • Familiarity of Service Desk systems and processes with experience using BMC Remedy
