CACI International Infrastructure/Systems Administration T3 (DCSA Contract) - Chantilly, VA in Chantilly, Virginia
What You’ll Get to Do:
Image, configure, and deploy physical and virtual desktops.
Manage and maintain Domain Infrastructure: Active Directory, Group Policies, Files Shares and Certificates.
Configure and manage Backups.
Implement Project Plans, risk assessments and contingency plans.
Properly document actions in trouble tickets and meet all SLAs.
Configure print, scan, and fax features on multifunction devices, coordinate multi-step replacements with vendor, troubleshoot communication issues.
Plan for user moves, including connectivity, computers, and phones.
Provide occasional weekend and after-hours support for Infrastructure’s IT related maintenances and emergencies.
Prepare obsolete assets for disposal.
Assist other IT teams as needed.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and two to four years of related experience.
Must have current Top Secret clearance.
Must be proficient with Windows Server operating systems, as well as Dell hardware.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
Must have a solid understanding of network communications.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills.
Must have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with end users by telephone and email.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Linux operating system.
Microsoft Applications like System Center Configuration management.
Must have a current favorable determination based on a closed Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Some travel may be required. Ability to pass a mandatory Pre-Employment drug test. Normal demands associated with working in an office environment.
