CACI is looking for an Industrial Security Officer to join our team of passionate security professionals in our Chantilly, Va. You will be a key contributor to the security team and will assist in administering and implementing collateral level security programs and sensitive compartmented information programs for a CACI company. You will be well versed in administering routine aspects of the DOD, Intelligence and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action. You should be able to build high-trust partnerships with management and other security team members, while being energetic, detail oriented, analytical, and self-starting.

More About the Role:

You will report to the Security Supervisor and will:

Follow the NISPOM, ICD, and other government regulations, to administer routine aspects of the DOD, Intelligence and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Your duties include support to both collateral level security programs and sensitive compartmented information programs. Primary duties include completion of eAPP/Agency nomination packages, completing DD-254 packages, fingerprinting, preparation of visit authorization letters (VALs), use of DISS, NBIS, and coordination with customer security representatives to process security clearance requirements. Protect classified government information, monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures. Conduct security briefings and conduct security education programs briefings. Investigate losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions. Have the ability and flexibility to move from one task to another and to be available for a variety of tasks as the need arises.

Responsibilities include:

  • Track and maintain clearance pipelines.

  • Maintain records with company approved database

  • Maintain and update Internal corporate database.

  • Maintain control logs for classified documents.

  • Conduct collateral and intelligence security briefings and debriefings.

  • Assist employees / candidates / consultants with completion of security paperwork.

  • Coordinate with customers and other government representatives on security issues / actions.

  • Create reports and maintain classified documents.

  • Provide support and assistance to other CACI and subcontractor personnel at multiple locations.

  • Create/send program visit requests for program personnel as needed.

  • Submit; maintain agency badge access, and renewal authorization.

  • Initiate and review clearance actions for personnel requiring access under multiple government contracts and subcontracts.

  • Collect and record security processing metrics.

  • Respond to facility intrusion alarms.

  • Process Foreign Travel/Briefings.

  • Assist with Government Annual Reviews (Quarterly and Annual)

  • Active Secret Clearance, must be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance

  • Must be highly organized with attention to detail

You will have:

  • 0-3 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree

  • Must possess an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with poly.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$34,500 - $69,000
