What You'll Get To Do:
CACI is looking for a Lead Organizational Change Manager to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. On this program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DoD customer to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.
More About The Role:
The Lead Organizational Change Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, drive faster adoption, and promote higher ultimate utilization of IT products and services. The qualified candidate will bring their expertise to apply structured methodologies and lead change management activities. The candidate will apply a change management process and tools to create strategies that support adoption of the changes required by an IT project, or process improvement. The ideal candidate will provide their expertise to support the design, development, delivery, and management of business process reengineering and strategic communication efforts.
In addition, this role will entail designing and executing change management assessments as well as assessing the impact of changes. The Lead OCM will identify key stakeholders and stakeholder segments, conduct impact analysis, and asses change readiness. The qualified candidate will provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training and orientation programs. The selected candidate will identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics. The Lead OCM will consult, facilitate, and coach project teams. They’ll work to insure alignment of project communications with overall strategy and plans. They’ll use various communications media to aid the communications process and work with web teams and other technical resources to maximize the use of technology.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Must have a minimum interim Secret Security Clearance, and have the appropriate Security/IT access designations, prior to on-boarding, and shall maintain good standing in clearance
8 Years’ experience of increasing responsibility in the relevant business environment.
Extensive experience in ITIL, ITSM, DESMF, ISO20000, business development and customer management, business process engineering/reengineering, process automation, managed services, project management and consulting with an emphasis on engagement, training, and process discovery/documentation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or another scientific or technical discipline.
Eligibility for DoD Secret clearance.
Must possess the Prosci certification
These Skills Would Be Nice To Have:
Possess LaMarsh, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, PMP certifications.
Experience working with a major consulting company.
Experience providing DoD with customer relationship management and business development, Agile/DevSecOps, Portfolio Management (TBM, CPIC, EVM), MSI, and OCM on $100M+ program.
