CACI International Linux Software Developer (TS/SCI with Polygraph required) in Chantilly, Virginia
CACI is looking for a Linux Software Developer who will aid in the development of new tools, operations/maintenance of deployed machines, and the migration of existing tools.
What You’ll Get to Do:You will be involved with all phases of processing data from the remote site, through the network connectivity, back to the receiving facility, and processing on a cloud-based environment, Amazon Web services (AWS) and the Sponsor's cloud environment. You will be assisting in migrating the existing capability to the cloud while improving the software to allow for automated data storage and processing as well as interfaces for use by external customers.
More About the Role:Occasional short duration worldwide travel may be required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance (active / in-scope)
Ten (10) or more years of relative experience (Linux Software Development, Application Cloud Migration, or Software Development
Experience developing software using AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS services
Experience developing and supporting software in C and Python languages
Experience developing ETL processes to transform, cleaning and load diverse data types
Experience using developing in Linux based environments
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Ability to transition traditional non-cloud software to a cloud-based environment
Understanding of networking, routing, and configuration of virtual private networks
Security accreditation processes, procedures, and requirements
Cross domain data transfer solutions
Software system design and integration
Data science techniques and visualization methods
